Kia Motors commissioned me to design their official Vans Warped Tour '08 poster. (This thing is like 8 posters in 1!!) They'll be handing these out at the KIA SOUL Lounge in "sponsor land" at every event. They are also making the art into huge-assed 6 ft tall banners.

Today I am pissed. While I am a bit late with this news, it's still important to get the word out. Let me preface it by saying that in any case the idea of plagerism hacks me off. But with all the madness going on with the Orphan Works legistlation today, my "button" is much more sensitive. So recently I learned about a case of plagerism that hits close to home. There is a gent, Darren Di Lieto, that runs this great site called the LCS full of incredible illustrators, great news and excellent interviews. It seems that a publishing company 'Great Creativity Organization', in Hong Kong, took it upon themselves to drop a book into the market called "Colorful Illustrations 93°C".
